Order processing at the end of 2021

Dear customers, pay attention to our announcement.

In this period is a huge demand for Vestax spare parts now and we are not enough to replenish stocks and some Vestax parts may be temporarily unavailable. We are very sorry but orders received after 1st December 2021 they may in some cases not be dispatched until January 2022. We issued this notice due to a huge increase in orders at the end of the year and congestion of shipping services and also due to constraints on transport capacity due to the ongoing Covid 19 pandemics in some destinations.

Delays in the transport of consignments during Christmas and the end of the year are caused by congestion in freight international transport.

As a result of the huge influx of inquiries and orders, there can be a significant delay in electronic communication (via email, messenger and other means of electronic communication). Also, most requests can be processed in January; at the latest during February 2022. We ask everyone for maximum patience. Thank you for your understanding.

All services (support, information for customers etc. will be operational again on 2022, January 15.
