Our challenge & the changes

Dear customers, Vestax Japan Megastore; know on URL www.vestax.net, will gradually change these websites incl. eshop. We will process past orders that have not been processed gradually. Pls. be patient. We are working on the restoration.

Our challenge: if you have any old pending order pls. get in touch with us.  We need to update the database that we lost due to a failure. If such a situation arose, contact us at orders@vestax.net

We remind you of the most important information:

• all sections of eshop  incl. olders  Vestax User Account may be temporarily unavailable
• unavailability of all orig.mail servers - it will not be possible to process e-mails, forms
• past orders until 2025/04 will be processed gradually according to our possibilities
• we will improve the general structure and search websites and also eshop
• new orders spare parts we don't accept; only on other companies

We believe, that you will understand these measures. The restructuring period will last approx. three months (by the end of October). Pls. be patient. Thank you for your interest in Vestax.
