For Vestax PDX-2000 Series, PDX-2000 MkII, PDX-2300 MkII, PDX-3000, PDX-3000MIX, PDX-3000MkII, PDX-3000 30ANN and QFO Series turntables is intended this service - professional repairs of PDX turntables Engines with warranty. Vestax Engine composed of a DC servo and Direct Drive motor with Quartz System. This type is also compatible with engine for vintages models Vestax PDX-A1, PDX-A1s, PDX-A1MkII, PDX-A2, PDX-A2MkII, PDX-D3, PDX-D3s, PDX-D3MkII, PDT-5000, PDX-8000 turntables. The monoblock unit is equipped with a PCB board with connectors for easy connection to turntable electronics.

How does it work and what are the terms and conditions?

The PDX Engine must be mechanically all right, that is, there is no restriction on its ability to rotate. The most common defects that appear in the motors are the following: rotation instability, random stopping or changes in speed or direction of rotation and also slow or no start (after pressing the PLAY button). In that case, we can repair the PDX Engine successfully. Repairing this part is very demanding and requires special technologies that we have at our disposal. Simply send defective parts to our service center - the address will be notified to you in an email / confirmation of a successful order - where we will repair them. These parts can be easily removed from the PDX turntable - an experienced user can do it. Upon request, we will provide you with instruction (diagram of PDX parts) on how to safely remove the part from the turntable and successfully re-install it after repair. The duration of the repair depends on the current workload of the service center and can range from 2 to 3 weeks (the time required for the shipment is not counted).

We guarantee if the repair (in very exceptional cases) is not possible, then we will refund you the full amount and the PDX Engine part back.
