How can find the status of order ?

Our  eshop system has been updated and now  you can track the status of your order online at any time. There is no need to send an email with a question about your order status. You can check order status online at any time! How to do it ? We will explain how to do it in detail in this article.

After successfully submitting and paying for your order, you have received the login details for your Vestax Customer USER ACCOUNT by email. That was automatically created for you when you submitted your order - your registered email address + password. This data serves  for login to your privat Vestax Customer Account.

In your Vestax Customer Account you will find  complete overview of all your Vestax orders. Click on the latest order to see SUMMARY ORDER, CURRENT STATUS. Here you will find also data about shipping - when  expected to ship, ID /  tracking number for your parcel  (once the carrier has picked it up).

If your parcel arrives in your home country, you will be automatically notified by email via your local delivery service. You will usually also receive information from your local transport company (in United States via USPS,  in Europe via National Postal Authorities: FR - La Poste, UK - Royal Mail,  GER - DHL Packet,  for example) which will deliver the parcel to you.
